What
if I am out of town and need to postpone my box? We understand that despite eating healthy Organic produce, our community still leads very busy and productive lives. We ask that you let us know by 12 noon on Friday before your scheduled pick up if you are going to be gone. You can reschedule your produce for another week at no extra cost.

Do I
have to commit for a specific number of weeks? Yes.
You can buy either 4 weeks or 10 weeks.
With 10 weeks you get a 5% discount.

Do
you have a specific season or will I get produce year round? We
are proud to offer produce boxes every week of the year.

Does
the farm offer gift certificates so that I can give one to my
mom for her birthday? Absolutely. Let us know the name
of the person you wish to treat, and we will give you a gift
card to give them on their special day.

How
do I know what produce will be in my box every week? We
can't know for sure what'll be in your box until right before we
pack it, so we post that information on the website, and you can
click any of the baskets full of produce at the bottom of our webpages
to see what's in this week's box. We also have a general
growing season chart that will help you plan. It
shows what the rough seasons are for fruits and vegetables here in
New Mexico. We will try to give a good variety in each box, ranging
from 10-12 different types of fruits and vegetables. We also know
that some items are more popular than other ones, so emphasis is
placed on those popular crops. Lettuce,
for example, is one of the best vegetables for a hot summer day;
therefore, you can expect to see lettuce or a salad mix in every
box. The same will not be the case for cauliflower. No offense to
cauliflower. Every week will be different and unique. If you like
to cook, this is a great way to expand your horizons.

How
much produce should I expect to receive each week? Generally,
we estimate that each week’s
box is set up to feed a family of four for the week. I would suggest
looking
at
how much you spend in a week on produce. If you spend from $25-$30
a week, then what's in your box should be plenty.

What if I am not home to receive my delivery? Coolers work very well, in even the hottest days, to keep your produce fresh and yummy. Just leave one where we can see it and we'll do the rest!

Can
I customize my box? To a degree. We
currently allow you to exclude up to one item and we will use our
best discretion with the replacement items.

Where
is home delivery available? We currently deliver to the
Albuquerque area and Los Alamos.

I get
an error when I try to access the secure site. Why is this? First, let us say right
up front that our secure site is secure! The problem lies within the browser and happens
most often on Macs -- the browser may not be familiar with our secure solution provider,
GoDaddy's Starfield Technologies. If you are using Firefox, Netscape, or Safari, you should
be given an option to "Accept this certificate" either temporarily or permanently. We recommend
you accept it permanently. That will allow you to establish a secure connection with our
server now and in the future with no problem. If you are using Internet Explorer, you may
not be given the opportunity to accept the certificate, and we recommend that you use the
latest version of Safari or Firefox.
